2. How We Process Your Order
We begin working on your order as soon as your payment is confirmed successfully. Please note the following regarding our order processing schedule:
- Business Hours for Processing: Our order processing takes place Monday through Friday, observing Eastern Standard Time (EST) in the United States.
- Days We Do Not Process Orders: To allow our team time to observe national holidays, we do not process orders on the following U.S. federal holidays:
- New Year’s Day (January 1st)
- Presidents’ Day (the third Monday in February)
- Memorial Day (the last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Labor Day (the first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving Day (the fourth Thursday in November)
- Christmas Day (December 25th)
- Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next regular business day.
3. Our Daily Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure efficient processing, we have a daily cut-off time for order placement:
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or on a non-business day, will be processed on the following business day.
4. Delivery Estimates and Shipping Fees
The total time it takes for you to receive your order is a combination of our handling time plus the transit time provided by the carrier. Here’s a breakdown of our service options:

Please remember that the transit times provided are estimates only. While we work closely with our carriers to ensure timely delivery, factors such as weather conditions, customs procedures (if applicable), and logistical challenges can sometimes cause delays that are beyond our direct control.
5. Keeping You Informed: Order Tracking
We want you to be able to easily track the progress of your order:
- Tracking Number Notification: Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number.
- Allow Time for Tracking Updates: Please allow between 3 to 7 business days for the tracking status to appear in the carrier’s system. Sometimes, there can be a slight delay between when the label is created and when the carrier scans the package into their system.
- What if My Tracking Doesn’t Update? If you do not see any tracking updates after 7 business days from receiving your tracking number, it may indicate that your parcel is still awaiting its initial scan by the carrier.
