At Wirepec, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our refund policy outlines the steps and conditions for returning items.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Timeframe: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact us at contact@wirepec.com to start the return process. Unauthorized return packages will be refused.
- Shipping: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you wish to modify or cancel your order:
- Timeframe: Requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Process: Email us at contact@wirepec.com with your order number and desired changes. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been processed.
Please note that after 12 hours, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact Us: Email contact@wirepec.com with your order number and details of the issue.
- Resolution: We may require a photo or video of the defective product. Upon verification, we will offer a refund or replacement.
Please note that returns are only available for broken, mistaken items, or any mistakes from our side.
Return Shipping Costs
If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, you do not need to pay the return shipping cost.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
Unsuccessful deliveries due to customer errors (e.g., incorrect shipping address or unavailability) or loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be directed to the original form of payment and typically appear on your bank statement within 7 days. Depending on your bank, refunds can appear on your statement in different forms:
- New Line Item: The refund is listed as a separate transaction.
- Reversal Charge: The original transaction will be voided.
After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
