2. How We Process Your Order

We begin working on your order as soon as your payment is confirmed successfully. Please note the following regarding our order processing schedule:

• Business Hours for Processing: Our order processing takes place Monday through Friday, observing Eastern Standard Time (EST) in the United States.
• Days We Do Not Process Orders: To allow our team time to observe national holidays, we do not process orders on the following U.S. federal holidays:
  • New Year’s Day (January 1st)
  • Presidents’ Day (the third Monday in February)
  • Memorial Day (the last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day (the first Monday in September)
  • Thanksgiving Day (the fourth Thursday in November)
  • Christmas Day (December 25th)
• Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next regular business day.

3. Our Daily Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure efficient processing, we have a daily cut-off time for order placement:

• Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or on a non-business day, will be processed on the following business day.

4. Delivery Estimates and Shipping Fees

The total time it takes for you to receive your order is a combination of our handling time plus the transit time provided by the carrier. Here’s a breakdown of our service options:

Please remember that the transit times provided are estimates only. While we work closely with our carriers to ensure timely delivery, factors such as weather conditions, customs procedures (if applicable), and logistical challenges can sometimes cause delays that are beyond our direct control.

5. Keeping You Informed: Order Tracking

We want you to be able to easily track the progress of your order:

• Tracking Number Notification: Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number.
• Allow Time for Tracking Updates: Please allow between 3 to 7 business days for the tracking status to appear in the carrier’s system. Sometimes, there can be a slight delay between when the label is created and when the carrier scans the package into their system.
• What if My Tracking Doesn’t Update? If you do not see any tracking updates after 7 business days from receiving your tracking number, it may indicate that your parcel is still awaiting its initial scan by the carrier. If you have concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at support@wirepec.com. Please include the following information in your return request:

+ Proof of purchase (Order information Screenshot)
+ Reasons for return
+ To make the process as smooth as possible, please attach a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.

Once we received and confirmed your return (usually within 24 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email confirming that your return is complete. If there is a refund, it will be issued within 14 days. Please note that, relying on your bank or credit card company will take another 3-5 working days for the credit to be credited to your account.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange damaged, wrong products, wrong size, or defective products. If you need to exchange an item, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@wirepec.com.com

– Customers do not need to pay the return shipping cost for defective products.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, it will be issued within 14 days and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. After this period, the order may no longer be cancellable, depending on the processing status of the production department.

Before placing an order, please make sure to fill in the correct address, accurate to the street and house number, so that you can accurately receive the package in time. If the delivery address is wrong and the delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will bear the corresponding loss. Thanks for your kind understanding.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to provide convenience and peace of mind when shopping at Wirepec.

How it works:

• Once your order is successfully placed, we will process and ship it to your provided address.

• You can pay for your order in cash directly to the delivery staff upon receiving your package.

• Please prepare the exact or approximate amount to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
